Orders, Shipping & International
1. How long does shipping take?
Most standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For custom-fabricated items, please allow 2–4 weeks for production. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to breweries and home enthusiasts worldwide. Note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or VAT applied upon entry.
3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You will receive an automated email with tracking information the moment your shipping label is created.
4. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Because we ship heavy metal items, transit damage is rare but possible. Please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact support@thetailoredtaproom.com within 48 hours.
5. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer various expedited options at checkout. Please note that "Expedited Shipping" does not speed up the "Fabrication Time" for custom-made items.
6. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If the item hasn't shipped, we can usually update the address. Contact us immediately with your order number.

Customization & Fabrication Services
7. Do you make custom bar fixtures or taproom products?
Yes! Customization is our specialty. From personalized tap handles to unique draft towers and custom keg lighting, we work with you to bring your brand's style to life.
8. What is the process for a custom order?
It starts with a conversation. Visit our Custom Orders page, share your vision, and we will provide a quote and a rough timeline for the build.
9. Can you add my brewery logo to your products?
We offer laser engraving, vinyl wrapping, and custom metal cutouts for many of our products. Provide us with a high-resolution vector file (.AI or .SVG) for the best results.
10. Do you provide CAD drawings for architects?
For our Signature Series urinals and larger fixtures, we can provide technical spec sheets and basic CAD-compatible dimensions to ensure your contractor has what they need.
11. Can I send you my own keg to be converted?
In certain cases, yes. However, shipping an empty keg to us is often more expensive than using one of our high-quality stock shells. Contact us for a logistics evaluation.
12. What finishes are available for custom metalwork?
We offer raw brushed stainless, matte black powder coating, copper plating, and artisan forced-patina finishes.

Draft Decor & Lifestyle Products
25. Are your keg lights ready to hang?
Yes! Our keg lights come with the necessary hardware and a standard plug-in or hardwire cord, depending on the model you choose.
26. Can I use your bar decor outside?
Our stainless steel items are rust-resistant and can be used in covered outdoor spaces. However, powder-coated or plated items should be protected from direct rain to prolong their life.
27. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various denominations—perfect for the "hard to shop for" brewery owner or home bar enthusiast.
28. Are the keg shells used for decor "retired" or new?
We use a mix of both. Our "Heritage" line often uses reclaimed kegs with a bit of history (dents and character), while our "Signature" line typically uses new, pristine shells.
29. Do you offer "Marketing Kits" for new breweries?
Yes, our Taproom Trends collection includes kits designed to help new breweries align their decor with their brand identity.
30. How do I care for my stainless steel tap handles?
Wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that can scratch the finish.
