At The Tailored Taproom, we take pride in our "Performance over Hype" philosophy. We build our fixtures to outlast the buildings they are installed in. This warranty outlines our commitment to you and your responsibilities as a custodian of professional-grade stainless steel.


1. THE STRUCTURAL LIFETIME GUARANTEE

We warrant to the original purchaser that all welded seams and structural components of our fixtures will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

What’s Covered: If a weld fails or the mounting bracket structural integrity is compromised under normal use, we will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you.

2. ONE-YEAR MECHANICAL & FINISH WARRANTY

For a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, we warrant the internal diffuser system and the factory-applied finish (including our Signature Spiral Abrasion) against manufacturing defects.

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED (EXCLUSIONS)

This warranty is focused on fabrication excellence. As such, it does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Chemical Abuse: Damage, pitting, or "rust blooms" caused by the use of bleach, chlorine, hydrochloric acid (muriatic acid), or other non-approved abrasive chemicals.
  • Mechanical Abuse: Scratches, dents, or finish degradation caused by steel wool, wire brushes, or abrasive scouring pads.
  • Improper Installation: Damage caused by failing to follow the Installation Pre-Checklist, including improper mounting, low water pressure, or incorrect plumbing connections.
  • Third-Party Hardware: We do not warrant flush valves (flushometers) or P-traps manufactured by third parties (e.g., Sloan, Zurn). Those are covered by their respective manufacturers.
  • Natural Patina: Stainless steel is a living material. Minor "tea staining" due to high iron content in local water supplies is a maintenance issue, not a manufacturing defect.

4. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you believe your fixture has a manufacturing defect:

  • Document it: Take clear, high-resolution photos of the area of concern.
  • Contact Us: Email support@thetailoredtaproom with your original order number and the photos.
  • Evaluation: We will review the claim within 3 business days. If the issue is a fabrication defect, we will provide a return authorization or a field-repair solution.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Tailored Taproom is not responsible for labor charges, removal costs, or installation expenses associated with a warranty claim. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the stainless steel fixture itself.
