Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

The Tailored Taproom offers certain products and services through recurring purchase options, including monthly and annual subscription plans.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access to the applicable service will remain active through the remainder of that billing period unless otherwise stated.

Charges that have already been processed are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full subscription term.

Customers may cancel an annual subscription at any time to prevent renewal for the following year. Cancellation does not automatically generate a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current annual term unless otherwise required by law or specifically agreed to by The Tailored Taproom.

Access to the service will generally remain available through the end of the paid annual term.

How to Cancel

Customers may cancel through the subscription management options provided with their account or order, when available.

You may also contact The Tailored Taproom through our website and request cancellation. To help us locate the correct subscription, please include the name and email address associated with the order.

Changes to a Subscription

If you would like to upgrade, downgrade, pause, or otherwise modify a subscription, contact us and we will let you know what options are available for your plan.

Changes may take effect immediately or at the beginning of the next billing cycle depending on the type of change requested.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment or temporarily suspend access to the related service until payment is successfully completed.

Service Setup and Onboarding

Some subscription services may include setup, configuration, onboarding, customization, or other work performed near the beginning of the subscription.

Once this work has been completed or substantially begun, fees associated with that work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
